Popeyes chicken is awesome..but not at this location..never have Apple pies and they change what you order if they don't have what you ask for originally and never tell you. You are surprised when you get home. Ordered a 4 piece spicy..overheard them ask the guy for the spicy and he was like it's not even dropped yet. 15-20 minutes it will be ready..2 minutes later I have my food..my fault for not checking..get home it's 3 drumsticks and a wing No biscuit. 4 piece is drumstick/breast/thigh and wing. So not only that it was regular chicken as well not spicy, oh and soggy cold fries....sorry not worth the price or time there. Easy pass.

They need more help behind the counter. Saturday around noon and there were 10+ people waiting on line. Thankfully I ordered on the app for pickup but I still had to wait when I arrived. They put together my food fairly quickly, maybe 10 minutes later I was out the door. When I opened my bag I realized my order was wrong and I was missing an item. Not worth it to go back in the store for more waiting. Frustrating experience. Chicken has gotten smaller and saltier also.

I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order right. It’s not like my order is complicated either. Order spicy breast, get mild thighs. Order red beans and rice, get mashed potatoes. Just go to the Port Chester location

The worst Popeye’s on the planet! Large coleslaw was filled less than half way. It was a regular size in a large container. The tea is labeled unsweetened, but the handle is labeled sweet. Bucket of cleaning supplies are left behind the tea. The staff are awesome at ignoring customers. It is obvious that this location is poorly managed and Corporate needs to address many issues. It was my second and last time that I will ever go to this location.
