This place is ALWAYS packed. Every time I've visited this location there are always lines super long for the register and the store is hectic overall. (Good luck finding parking). The staff was pretty friendly, and the stores inventory was fresh. As I began to say before, there is a bit of clutter due to the large group of shoppers. I will visit this location again, But i do hope that they try to keep it cleaner. Unfortunately you can change the amount of visitors, but it really is ALWAYS crowded. Especially in the evening. Overall Rating: 8/10

This has become the worst TJ Maxx, they no longer have a great selection of anything!!! Especially MENS!! The Male manager here wouldn't take back a christmas gift my son bought me three weeks ago, they scanned the tag its not in their system. Why? It was purchased there !!! My son no longer had the receipt. The instructions were not included. All I wanted was a store credit.. Keep it up TJ Maxx KISCO you will no longer have business!! and everyone will be without a job!!! customer service is how business keep customers. I rather buy on Amazon, they take returns!!!!

Made a special trip because the TJ Maxx runway always had some great finds. What we found was overpriced like we've never seen before, items ranging from $300 to $1,000. The worst part and that's pretty bad, that price point, was that the clothes were not in good condition. Stains, pulls, etc. Looked like they had been hanging around for some time and tried on a million times. Extremely disappointed.

A big part of what makes this location special is there warm sales associates, great prices on designer brands as well as others, the quality and type of products they get in comparison to other locations. SA, Dominique and Ana are always friendly. Dominique has gone above and beyond with assisting customers and and very professional and knowledgeable.This store is ran very well and under good management, that is important. Paula does excellent as a manager with staff and customers. Above and beyond. That is a skill. All the managers are good but Paula i notice is fair if there's an issue with a product and always assists with finding your item she's 100% on customer satisfaction. Makes you enjoy shopping there. Mt. Kisco TJMAXX is highly recommended!
