Wish I could give this establishment more than 5 stars. I am from out of the area and got a flat tire in Mount Kisco. I was stranded on the side of the road with a newborn and a donut for a wheel. I called and begged to be seen so I didn’t have to drive back upstate with my donut. Joe and Danny went above and beyond to fix my tire to keep myself and my baby safe. They took great care of us. They treated us like family. I would highly recommend this establishment for your car care needs!!!

Rich and Allen were the absolute BEST!! From the moment I walked in, it was obvious I had no knowledge about cars but they were patient and walked me through all my options. I normally try to avoid Mavis due to bad experiences in the past but I am SO HAPPY I came in today. They presented me with the full details concerning my car, explained the importance, and helped me come to the best decision without any pressure whatsoever. They were all so pleasant and to my surprise I even had fun during my time there. Service was quick and the short wait I did have was enjoyable! Matt worked very swiftly on my car. Joe and Debbie were very kind and helpful as well! I will def return next time I need work done. THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD GETTING MY CAR SERVICED BY FAR!! :))

Such great service here they’re were efficient and took care of my car like it was their own. I came in and Joe walked me through the whole process he was great. Even the mechanics were offering advice and showed me what they did and future repair options they were the friendliest mechanics I ever meet. Matt and John are a dynamic duo fixing any issue. 10/10 recommend

We hit a pothole and blew a tire on our way to a wedding. Called Mavis and brought the car in; Matt changed the tire SO fast and was super friendly. We won’t miss the wedding, thanks to him!
