The donuts are almost bite-sized meaning you can share if you really wanted to but you should all get your own donuts because they're all that good! You'll want to devour each donut you try in one inhale. The chai variations are hard to choose from. Definitely worth coming back and trying each signature chai drink. The employees were friendly and had great recommendations, and customer service was fast. The establishment is clean, offers plenty of seating and has a large waiting area that you can enjoy while your order is being made.

It was my first visit to Pip's... I was lured in by a friend raving about their FREE birthday donuts. Now, even though it's a trek for me from another part of town, this may become an annual tradition. I got a mixed dozen of their mini donuts... my favorite flavor was the original cinnamon and sugar (has a nice crisp crust). The Meyer lemon is also tasty. Wonderful friendly staff! Great chai in a variety of choices.

Been meaning to visit what I’ve been told is the place with the best donuts in Portland, and today the stars aligned along with it being my wife’s birthday. We were gifted a dozen donuts. Twelve mini-donuts with various toppings. They were delicious. The just fried, warm donuts melt in your mouth. We had chai which was something different for me but it went well with the sweet donuts.

Super delicious donuts and great drinks! The Japanese garden was the highlight. Smokey Robinson with oat milk was also tasty. Line went quick and donuts were hot and fresh. Will be back soon!

The chai is specifically worth going for. No gf doughnuts

That’s too bad. Veganism notwithstanding there are plenty of people with egg or milk allergies.
Nope, no dine in for awhile.
They are not doing their flight of chai anymore during the pandemic. Just was there today and only full size cups of one chai to buy. Maybe they might do it in the future though.
According to their website, "due to high in-person demand our focus on quality control & food safety we do not offer advance ordering or delivery service."
They change every day
It is typical for Chai to contain a sweetener. Your question should be directed to Pip' s for details.
No
Hi! Our doughnuts are meant to be eaten hot & fresh within minutes of being made. If we can’t guarantee that they’re going to be incredible when they reach your mouth we’re not going to risk your disasappointment. Thanks! Nate
According to their Instagram they are open until noon.
Street parking only. Better to go during the week if you can.
