Had really good food. Sat outside which was nice with the perfect weather. The service was very good as well. Definitely worth going. (Italian is its main theme for food)

Food is good but the service is AWFUL when they are busy. You will wait a good hour for your food when this restaurant is slammed busy! I was there on mother's day and the staff failed to expedite and bring out the children's dinners first. It took them a good hour to bring out chicken tenders and a bowl of pasta! Unacceptable!!! Utterly disappointed in the dining experience knowing there were toddlers waiting for their dinner.

I came in from a bird watch/walk along Muscoot Dam area and had a chill from the rain. Low and behold, Muscoot Tavern had a propane stove! I took the table next to the stove and sipped a Reisling while waiting for the seafood fra Diablo I ordered. I felt so relaxed and toasty. The meal was good. If you want more Diablo in your sauce be sure you ask for it. The sauce was on the mild side for my taste. It so was delicious I cleaned my plate! Thank you, Muscoot Tavern for an awesome lunch experience!
