If you need skincare or make up, Walk in and immediately go to Roz. I'm extremely impressed by her knowledge of Clinique and she quickly identified exactly what my skin needed. She grabbed her recommendations & allowed me to pick what I needed with no pressure to buy anything. I appreciated her less is more approach to make up. As we all know, skincare is everything. Take the 15-20 mins to sit down with her, you'll be very happy you did. All other employees were very nice, attentive & greeted me as soon as I walked in. To be honest, I'm not a frequent Ulta customer but I'm satisfied with my experience & will be returning to Roz again.

Staff are amazing... particularly one by the name of Mary... I have some facial issues and Mary took her time to provide great service - by selecting a product that is suited for my skin type and the issue I am trying to address. Mary is amazing..and greatly appreciated :)

Do not order online, they misplace packages and send to the wrong houses. I contacted and it wouldn't arrive until another week later. They use a lesser known delivery company called lasership. It would be better if they used a more reliable company and enhance their customer service to allow the replacement package to arrive sooner. I do not plan on ordering online again.

Gill was terrible, went for a hair karitin booked it in advance. Took exactly 4 hours instead of 1.5 Serviced other clients in the middle and let me wait!!! Crazy wasted 2 hours will never come back. Won't recommend to use this location. Update: Hair karitin totally didn't work. It didn't take away any frizz nor did my hair become any straighter. Totally a waste of money.
