After going here for 10 years, I've finally said to myself this will be the last time. The service has gone down tremendously. I ended up with a cracked windshield last time I went for a wash. Very disappointed and sad that I can no longer bring my car here. Used to spend over 20 dollars a week back when they were good. Car is barely cleaned anymore. You have to finish it yourself when you get home. Not worth the current prices. To them it's no big deal just one less customer.

Terrible and irresponsible. Signed up a monthly platinum plus service. Took my new $130k Mercedes to wash after they washed the car noticed the a letter fell off from them scrubbing the car. Went to my dealership paid $150 to have the lettering replaced. Take the car today again for a wash and tell them to be careful with the lettering and they scrub the letter off again on the opposite side of the car. Called and let them know. Spoke to 3 different people..the last of which told me wasn’t their problem go back to my dealership for warranty and hung up. Rude, irresponsible and not the best car wash. I signed up since it close to home and easy to go in. But $67 a month car wash is not worth paying $150 to replace parts on my expensive car every time I go. DON’T go here for a quality and careful car wash if you own an expensive car.

I really wanted to like this car wash since it was local to me. This will be the 4th time I gave it a try. I did the bronze wash for 24 Bucks. The car exterior looked ok. My black wheels looked barely washed and the interior still had dirt and they left my mats very wet. I went home and recleaned my car. Theres better cheaper car washes in paterson !

Went 8am Saturday to avoid the long weekend line for a regular Honda accord already fairly clean but I had been neglecting the carpet, windshield, and letting the tires get dirty from bumping the curb and street parking. They did a combination of automatic spraying and hand washing. You can never really tell if the automatic machine is using 100% Rain-X or high quality cleaning products like they say, but there is someone there in the tunnel scrubbing and that’s the real value. I had 4 or 5 employees total to thoroughly clean my regular commuter car in 15-20 minutes when the alternative would be doing a lesser job by myself. My car and the paint job still looks like a regular Honda but the $40 to hit all the main points was worth it as part of my regular maintenance.
