This Aspen dental had the most thorough, comprehensive dental treatment of any dentist I’ve been to! They did at least twice as many x-rays, and were super detailed with the gym exam. Additionally and probably most importantly to me both the doctor and hygienist were kind and understanding regarding the sensitive nature of a cosmetic issue I was looking to have resolved. They were very caring and pleasant. Took the time to make sure of my comfort thru each process as a new patient. I had a very sore tooth that had broken and the Dr. smoothed it down until I get it pulled. The [lace to go for dental needs. They work out payments if no insurance which is my case.

So, I've been to this particular office for about 6 years. They don't try to upsell stuff much. I did have one occasion for that, fell for it, and won't again (I eventually changed dental offices). The hygienist I had was really good; experienced, offered tips, did well by me. She left. I was assigned a new young lady, who worked hard and well, but clearly wasn't yet up to my standards. I didn't want her to learn at my expense, so I left. To Cape Cottage in Cape E., who are simply terriic. This office was okay, at Aspen, considering that it's part of a bigger machine. I just prefer the local approach.

Fantastic experience at Aspen. Top flight, fast but not hurried service from everyone and with everything from reception, to x-rays, to hygienist/assistant, to Dr. Rhobor Uviasah DMD. I was made to feel comfortable and everything was explained in great detail. Dr. Uviasah and his excellent assistant constructed a well-conceived plan for me for doing three repairs which have been postponed through Covid delays. The excellence of the staff continued into the financial/billing department when Karen worked with me to find an affordable and manageable solution to payment up front and had me fully scheduled within the next two months for these somewhat extensive repairs. Throughout the entire experience, everyone was professional and wearing smiles, providing reassurance that my teeth would be back to homeostasis very soon. It was an incredible relief after receiving a diagnosis that I would need some very invasive, expensive (and ultimately, unethical) repair suggestions from another local competitor. I am so glad I went with my gut feeling and got a second opinion. Highly recommend this office, this staff and Dr. Uviasah at Aspen Brighton Avenue, Portland, ME
