We make Conventional (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), FHA, VA, and Rural Development Loans. This allows some of our loans to be 100% of the value of the property. We can also do loans down to a credit score of 580. We also have special streamline refinance loans for exisitng FHA, VA, and Conventional borrowers who qualify under the HARP program.
We can do loans with credit scores down to 580. Low 500's is hard to do.
