I used to love this place. I used to recommend this as the go to automatic car wash for everyone. Not anymore. They recently raised their prices where the top was was $12 it is now $15 so I started buying the $10 wash to offset inflation right. Well you don't even get soap dispensed unless you pay for the $15 wash. They are finding every way to make more money off of the customer and offering less value than ever before.

Went through the left-most automated car wash, and the entire left rear of my car was untouched. Had to go to a different car wash after I noticed the next day.

They charged me $10 and I only used the water pressure equipment for 4 min... So technically they charged me more for doing it myself than automatically... what a ripoff! Only one Vacuum machine was working. Also bad hose/brush arm design, since they are on the same side, they get on the way of each other. Outdated equipment. To be fair, I have no experience on the automatic carwash, so I won't comment on that.

Update: Dropped rating to 3 stars. Self-service nozzle handle has been leaking and spraying water for a while now, so not only your car is getting a wash, but your arms and upper body as well. The location is convenient and reasonably well lit. The equipment for self wash works for the most part. However, two times I was there, the shampoo solution was out.
