The manager Johnny always does his best to make sure that I get quality service at a fair price. He also goes above and beyond, like the time he fixed a tire pressure sensor issue I had been having. I hadn't checked in to let him know the sensor wasn't acting up anymore (the problem had been resolved so it wasn't in the forefront of my mind). He called a few days later to check up on me because he said it was weighing on his mind. He is truly a kind and honest soul. It's not just Johnny who gets high marks, though. The rest of his team always treat me with kindness and integrity as well. It's a good crew.

Hit a nasty pothole and put a big gash in my tire, so I needed a new one ASAP. This location was able to take me in immediately and help me out even though I didn't have an appointment. Luis was the person I dealt with and he was GREAT! Will definitely be coming back here for my next set of 4. Thank you Luis!!

Mavis in north Caldwell did an outstanding job. Customer service was great from Louis. The support team identified my issue. Set up my spare so I could be in the road and ordered all my replacements to fix my problem with my tires in less than a 24 hour turn around. Thank u Louis and the Mavis team.

Great service. Honest people. I was in and out, in 40 min. A gentleman by the name of Nick helped me over the phone. When I arrived, the manager took care of me. During this Pandemic, service has suffered everywhere. This type of management should be everywhere. Great team.
