Worst Burger King ever it’s laughable. They always forget stuff you offer and offer you 1 sauce packet for 2 orders of a meal. The workers and disrespectful and barely speak English. I can’t event understand a word that one dude is saying. Please go out of business.

Every single time the burger is wrong. I provide clear instructions at the drive through window, if I'm paying 8$ for a burger it should be made correctly that's literally the point of any food establishment. I wasted time parking my car to check the order cause they ALWAYS mess it up, and I have literally had to drive all the way back from my house previously so I check the bag and of course they mess up the order. There is no extra cheese which I paid for. I go in I am met with rude attitudes, escalation, yelling, and harassment. Telling me I didn't pay for the cheese when I have the recipt in my hand with the exact amount proving I paid for it. I ask to get my burger fixed cause I paid for the cheese and then I take a bite and a CURLY DARK hair pulls out of it. My hair is not curly, it's light brown and they were trying to convince me into thinking it's mine even though it CAME OUT OF THE BURGED.. In short, Nina should be terminated, for health hazards, for terrible customer service, and for escalating a situation that could have been easily rectified with common decency.

Poor customer service, cold, incorrect orders, they dont evwn try to heat food, or melt cheese, not friendly, I even videod and employee being nasty in drive thru, but let it slide. Stay away......

It's BK, so you know what to expect on the menu. I had their "impossibe whopper" and it is good and very darn close to the original. Service was fast, efficient and curteous. Wifi is not exceptional, but it is workable. All around, nothing to complain about at all. Location is convenient if you get hungry while shopping at nearby shopping center on Godwin Ave.
