Don’t use this location for Amazon returns. Went there Saturday to return 2 things. Watched them scan both items and apparently there is only on the receipt and now the person can’t get their refund. Kohls claims they can’t do anything. Typical of this location to not be helpful

Before the link with Amazon for returns, I did not think they would survive longterm. This Christmas has seen a serious uptick in patronage. Nice big & tall section. Great return policy. All and all, I think they will indeed make it long-term.
