I brought my son in for a haircut and a hairdresser looked up and snapped “do you have an appointment?” I showed my confirmation and she said “well the computer should not have let you make that appointment. His name isn’t on the list. We are leaving after these haircuts”. She turned walked away. It was really rude and not my fault if their technology failed. In the past I’ve brought my kids there for a quick convenient cut, but I can’t even rely on them for that anymore.

If looking to waste your time thus us the place to go. I walked in and both girls greated me and I sat down. After about 15 20 minutes another guy came in and the girl greated him with a follow up question, do you have an appointment? After he said no he was told they are booked up all day. With a stylist on every block I would avoid this Sparta location, that is unless you have time to waste.

Went in to get a haircut. Nobody was in the shop. Noon on a Friday. Finally a woman appears from the backroom. She said " Do you have an appointment". No I said. Well you have to have an appointment. There is nobody in the shop. I left and went to John's in Newton. I walked right in and sat down for a wonderful haircut and beard trim.
