Not a single person who worked there had a mask on - I left. To answer your reply - just because there is no mask "Mandate" does not mean it is not best practices to do so. You don't want to limit anyone's freedom? I'll be sure to let my nursing home patients know how important that is to you. I'll exercise my freedom and shop elsewhere.

I love this store & frankly, don't know what I'd do without it! The employees are knowledgeable, helpful & accessible. Always eager to help. Nick is one of the employees & is the reason that I even went back a second time. He's always up for conversation & knows his stuff. I now look forward to stopping in a few times a month. I'm vegan & also require gluten free products...they have plenty of options & I'm always discovering something new! I can't wait to go to the salt cave next month & the fresh salads & smoothies are always a treat!

Since the renovation they have added and reopen a couple of things. There's a all natural GMO free meat market that sells venison, buffalo and other meats. The deli has reopened and so has the taphouse. The new addition is the Salt cave. It's comprised of 20 tons of pink and with salt. I spent around 10 minutes in there photographing the cave. To say it was an awesome experience would sell it short. I have very server PTSD from 38 years of military experience and events I saw as a volunteer paramedic/firefighter. In a matter of 5 minutes or so I was completely relaxed and my normal hypervigilant was no longer there. It's been about a week since than and every time I feel anxious I have the taste of salt in my mouth and it fades away. It was truly an amazing experience that I'll do again. Great place to shop for health and vegan options. Has a cafe and juice bar with great food and drink options. Everything is reasonably priced here and it is in a convenient location.

It is almost impossible to find cream that is not ultrapastuerized. We did have raw cream available that you ordered & paid for in advance. That is unavailable at the moment, but hopefully will be again soon. If that is an option for you, please check back with us in a couple of weeks or so. Thank you for your inquiry.

Sorry, but we do not have a "Senior" day, nor do we have a senior discount. We do have "Super Tuesday" (2nd Tuesday of each month) which is for everyone & offers 20% off all regular priced items. We discount any remaining Sami's bread (including gluten-free if we have it) after one week. The fresh bread is delivered on Thursdays.
We have several items to address your situation. Metamucil is just a fiber product. You should address the bacteria overgrowth first with a product such as HCP Abzorb or RenewLife IntestiNew. Then we also have fiber products as well. Come in & see Richard for personalized help.
