I had my first take out order and it didn’t go smooth whatsoever. I paid and the lady kept my card and started taking a new order. What!? Returned. When I got home all things boxed/bagged/tied I realized I did not get an additional item I ordered. I called explained the scenario and am immediately placed on hold. Spoke with a manager and I’m placed on hold again. He takes his time to look up the order in which I can’t see because the receipt just shows the amount. The original host did not add my item. Cool. His response “ ughh yea you didn’t get charged”. Fine. Moral of the story the foods okay. But I won’t be doing ANY orders on the phone and if I return it will only be for functions of others not for myself. I’m just disappointed the way I was treated about the whole situation. Rant over.

I have had a lot of steak... I was impressed! I came from the mid west. I have lived in Iowa, Nebraska and currently live in Kansas. So, it could have been easy to be disappointed. I was not! The steak was great at Med-rare. Service at the bar was great, and cost for Scotch was right on.

It's sad when a steakhouse can't cook a steak to order.... Ordered a med/well porterhouse, received it rare. Friendly service though.gave it 3 stars anyhow because it was edible. I just preferred to have a medium well steak this night

Updated Experience: I rated this a one-star 4 years ago, and it took me a while to give this place a chance again AND they did not disappoint! The food was fantastic, the drink I had (which was a Georgia peach Moscow mule) was flawless and tasted so good! I got dessert which was the maple nut delight, it had pecans and ice cream atop a Belgian waffle that was caramelized. In my opinion, it was the best cheat day dessert I could've asked for. The basket was a chicken strip basket with bread and fries! It was pretty good as well The appetizer that we got was the potato skins which turned out better than I expected. They were packed with bacon so if that's not your thing then you shouldn't get it :) The workers were sweet and always checking in on us, we weren't ignored whenever we needed something and the seating was clean/ the table did not rock! I had a wonderful experience this time :)
