Wow! Very good. Mole was great, tacos were tasty. We ate here both times we passed it traveling East & West. Staff was great, very nice to my kids who made a huge mess.

I have been to this restaurant a few times before and decided to go during memorial day weekend. The man who seated us at our table wasn't friendly but we ordered and it took a while to get our food. When the food was finally brought to us, one of the plates had a hair embedded in the rice. When we told the server he wasn't apologetic at all, in fact he was very rude. He took the plate and it took at least 20 minutes to get a replacement. I definitely expected better service and more of an apology but I suppose that's to much to ask for from the male server. I will not be dining here again and I will be posting pictures of the food with hair in it soon.

We dined here on our way back from Idaho to Seattle. Food's okay and restaurant hygiene is subpar. Serving staff were friendly, however, they couldn't seat us all 4 families (total 17 including 6 kids) at the same place although they got a section of the restaurant that can fit large groups. They said it's closed for the day. No dessert menu or even cake bites to celebrate one of the friend's birthday. Total bill wasn't bad for the amount of food we ordered considering overall high prices and inflation.

With Moses Lake being a fairly standard small-town (just off the freeway without strong food options) I'm thankful for El Rodeo Restaurant! I eat a plant-based or vegan diet and struggle to find large enough dishes to order in Moses Lake. I often pack my own meals, but this weekend I wasn't able to and I didn't want a processed plant burger from Carl's Jr. My husband's meal was delicious (he said) and so were the Vegetable Fajitas entree I shared with my 7 and 9 year olds. The fajita veggies were seasoned full of flavor and plentiful. They came with 4 tortillas (I added a side to share with the girls), rice, beans, a slaw and really good-looking & tasting guacamole. If I had it again, and was sharing, I'd add extra rice. Other than that, I had leftovers for 2-3 more burritos once I got back home. I'm not sure, but I messed up considering what fat the vegetables were sautéed in. If you're plant based, please ask if a vegetable oil is/can be used for the fajita veggies. Again, my omnivore husband was quite pleased with El Rodeo in comparison to the other Mexican meal we'd had (price & flavor counted). We paid less for better. I especially hope this review helps a fellow plant eater! Good luck and enjoy your meal!🌱
