I have been to several seasons - kirkwood highway, bear, new castle, Newark- this one is by far the worst one. I’m not sure what the problem is but more often than not the food does not taste good or is not cooked all the way. One thing I have always liked about seasons is that even though it is a franchise chain, the food taste very similar from one store to the next. Unfortunately that cannot be said about this store. Even the pizza is sometimes just outright nasty. I ordered ribs here and they were terrible. Nasty bbq sauce and the sauce also had a weird smell to it almost as if it was going bad. They need to step it up and get on par with the other seasons pizzas.

Since taking over for Middletown Pizza, just hasn’t been the same, one of the first delivery orders they forgot items and now they served us a burnt pizza knowing very well when it came out of the oven it was burnt and unservable. Could barely even eat the slice without it falling apart. Last time ordering from them.
