Arrived at 4:50 for a 5pm massage. Waited until 5:07 to be taken back, massage started at 5:10. My 50 minute massage ended at 5:50 (only 40 minutes) on the dot. What happened to the other 1/5 of my service?? Why did I lose 10 minutes of my massage bc the therapist started late? Lost 5 minutes on my massage last month.

I scheduled a massage for my son. The receptionist was vague with her questions but she was quick to collect my credit card information, incase they needed to charge me half of the fee for cancelation. She did not ask my son's age, apparently at age 14 they need a parent present. Because of this I had to sit in the room with my son, which meant that I could not do my massage scheduled for 9:30. On top of that the receptionist booked me with a massage therapist that does not do what I paid for, even though I specified it on my call several times.. So my appointment needed to be cancelled. I drove 25 min to waste my time and money. I gave my son the surprise to get a massage by bringing him here not knowing that I would face inconveniences. I didn't want to let him down so we proceeded with his massage but I am disgusted that I have to give business to an incompetent business, just because I don't want to let my son down.

Good experience and straight forward but just be ready to be charged for every little single thing as they nickel and dime you. Making appointments on their online portal is difficult and feels antiquated. They are very much by the book which is nice but they are unforgiving to give the customer the benefit of the doubt in any situation. You should make your customers feel welcome and not like a number on the ledger.

Katie was awesome as always! I go every month to see her and she makes me feel very comfortable and soothing. Their membership is definitely worth it if you're looking to get regular massages. They offer hot stone massages, deep tissue massages, and Swedish relaxation massages as well as various other services including decompression, sports massage, and even prenatal. They offer 30 min, 1 hour, and hour and a half sessions. I highly recommend Katie. Very professional.
