What a great little cafe. So glad that we stopped. They had fresh meat ice cream and sandwiches and amazing popcorn. Very clean inside many areas to sit also.

Delicious they only have grilled cheese but it's the most well made hearty grilled cheese you will ever have.....childhood murdered by the taste

Fun little place for touristy afternoon. Prices are a bit elevated, but the ice cream and coffee that I had were good. The staff was VERY nice. I bought some cheese to take home and was pleased with it. Very clean dining room. I enjoyed watching through the big glass walls, the dairy processing going on in the back rooms. 😀

On a long road trip, the COWfé was an oasis. Needless to say, the theme is here dairy, so if you're into cheese OH BOY are you going to be psyched. They serve an assortment of sandwiches and other food items (again very cheese-centric). In retrospect I couldn't tell you what possessed me to order a Cuban sandwich in the middle of Indiana (aside from the fact that they're delicious), but it paid off. It was delicious and I regret nothing. There's also a huge dog park, so if you're traveling with your best friend you can stop for a sandwich and let the pup stretch the legs.
