The facility is great, however their customer service lacks. Overall, I paid for platinum for ~6 months. I tried to do the membership, twice in the period of 2 years. I was not able to utilize the benefits except for 3-4 hitting lessons, so I canceled it. I requested that the latest $78 fee for next month's service (which was charged the same day I canceled) be transferred over to my previous hitting lesson and the person who stated they were the manager refused. It's a shame that DBats won't take this into consideration when the customer has not used the facility.

Just left this place. Wasn't going to say anything, but this had me feeling a certain way. The way I was treated made me feel ..... !!! Beyond words. I am peaceful but wanted to really educate the lady at the front desk regarding customer service. Didn't know what angle she was taking but I can tell what was up. Obviously she had a problem asking if I needed help. I stood in front of the counter for at least 5 minutes until one of the two were off the phone. An employee walks up and asks if I was waiting for assistance as I replied yes. The female ended her call and proceeded to talk with the employee that was waiting as well. No acknowledgement, guess I was invisible. I just wanted to add credits to my card. I immediately went to get my daughter to leave this place. As I was leaving, the guy she was casually speaking with, asks if I needed help. WOW of course!! Ridiculous! Still dealing with ignorance! Smh
