Last 5 deliveries from ups in Queensbury ny said delivered at front door And they put them at the wrong house. Then told me to go look for them. And I'm disabled and can't then have too call and get someone and they tell me they will contact the driver and have a call within a hour. And No calls make sure ur drivers actually look at numbers on house

Would give zero stars if I could. I was hired by UPS, completed 3 hours of online training and showed up for an orientation that was cancelled. I live an hour away. Instead, they had me fill out paperwork that I already filled out online. I ended up calling twice to see when I would be starting and was told that a manager would be contacting me shortly. They literally NEVER called. I wasted 3 weeks of my life not applying to other jobs because I was under the impression that I already had one. Luckily they sent me a $60 check 2 months later for completing online training along with a 401k packet. Total life saver.

At big boom road the guys that work the counter are pretty good - for what it’s worth. I’d give 0 stars otherwise. All experience tells me the company is a disaster. The waiting room at Big boom is an absolute mess - no management pride for sure. The website that generates delivery timing is completely inaccurate, and the 1-800 numbers sends you in endless loops and never lets you talk to anyone. Dare I say the post office is probably better? And spare me the Coronavirus excuse - that’s just a reason for companies to up their prices, reduce their service quality and lay off their workers. UPS is no exception. Pathetic.

Consistently late delivering packages by several days. Consistently leaves packages on the steps in the rain and not under the covered porch area which is 2 more steps away from where they leave the packages. The UPS location when it's open is rude and not helpful. They are just terrible! Unfortunately there are no other options when the shipper chooses to deliver via them, and they know it. All you can do it wait for them to get around to doing their jobs. Now they can blame their inadequacies on the virus.

Same thing happing to me ..... Package gets to glensfalls then is stuck getting abused on the truck each day for a week plus. Great to have annaversery and fauthers day gifts in the local truck going for a ride each day...... Never to deliver due to "weather"....... I guess it's been to FN sunny this week. Guess it's ok as I'll just return the items when they finnaly show up as they will likely be broken or damages from their local handling.
Usually businesses get priority over residential delivery. It would help if you signed up for UPS business link.
They dont give it out, all calls go through 800 number
