They really did all they could to help me even though it was after 9pm and it's very easy to just say we are closed. But he didn't. And I had to go back about an hour later and the package I was looking for was not there but they were able to tell me the exact location of it. Above and beyond to help. Thank you to the gentleman that was at the desk that nignt.

Driver made two attempts in one day👍only to realize the sender made signature required. Hours of pick up aren't great..7pm-9pm. But. Employee at desk was knowledgeable and polite.

Terrible .I was send a bag full of food items from MD to Gardner MA, and never received it. This bag contains food items originally shipped from Africa, weigh 80.60LBS. Spend over $1000 for this back to reach USA, and it was shipped through UPS on 02/26/21 with tracking Number 1Z291X180347515104. I filed a claim with Claim Number 3260469101A. UPS finally send me a check for $400. This was a joke. I am still appealing for them to reach my bag and send to me because that bag also contains other items like clothing.

Yes if you have a label already, just call ups at 800-pickups and schedule it with them

Yes that's correct it can be held at the UPS facility
Everything depends in the place, you should call and ask. But UPS also has other places to drop off package, like Staples.
If there is already a label on the box you can drop it off anytime during the day.
Contact both UPS and the seller.
Need to know from where, and to where. Zip codes will work for location.
