We recently relocated to Hendersonville from Arizona and reserved our apartment before we made the move. Our experience with the office staff has been excellent from the first day my wife called from Arizona and spoke with Kim. Stacie became our primary contact after that and she was so helpful with answering our endless questions, not only about Brittany Place but also about Hendersonville in general since we are new to the area. The office staff is friendly, responsive and great to work with; they go the extra mile even though I know they are very busy. The maintenance staff is equally responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The few maintenance requests we submitted after move-in were taken care of very promptly by Andrew and the office even called to make sure everything was resolved. We are enjoying our apartment, which is at the back of the property in Phase I. It is very bright and cheerful. We have only been here for a few months but are happy that we chose Brittany Place!

The mold issues in my apartment was.discusting. I was told the leaks were fixed but kept finding mold. This went on for six months. The mold covered a wall and a closet damaging several items. They have yet to reimburse me for the one item I asked for. Now that I have moved, due to the MOLD, they make excuses why they can't pay. I do not recommend moving there due to my own experiences stated. My health suffered.

We’ve lived here for the last year there’s never anywhere to park (I’m almost 8 months pregnant and had to walk from the other side of the complex to my apartment because we get home from work so late) , kids are always unsupervised playing in the roads trying to hit vehicles with toys, the neighbors are loud and they do nothing about it, we’ve had mold in our apartment and all they did was spray a small portion of it which came back. This place has made me never want to live in apartments ever again.

First of all where do I begin, too many unsupervised little kids causing trouble to residents and being too loud. Second of all too many smokers invading areas such as mailboxes and bark parks. Third, the pool is never open while all other apartments are already open. Maintenance and staff don’t help when having electrical issues or issues with the apartment in general. This used to be a safe place but now there are people opening apartment doors.
