I’ve used this car wash many times, the wash is decent at each of their locations. The customer service from the Dale Ave location is terrible. My car was involved in an accident due to the guys getting the cars lined up in the auto wash. I was told I would be contacted by the manager within 48 hours but was never contacted. I stopped by the car wash a week later and told the attendant what I needed to talk to a manager about but was told there wasn’t a manager on duty but I could leave a written message for him and he would get back to me. That has been several months and still no contact from management.

It's far past time that we the people, who work for and spend our money with businesses, hold them accountable for the goods and services that they sell!! Regardless of how cheap or expensive something is, when we spend our money supporting businesses and the people they employ, they should provide, at the very least, a satisfactory result, NO EXCUSES OR EXCEPTIONS! The only reason I rated at 2 stars is because of the free vacuums and glass/surface cleaner and microfiber towels provided free that you will definitely need after the wash is complete. I failed/forgot to take pictures of my Tahoe after the wash as I walked around it in disbelief but it was horrible. This occurs every time that I use them no matter which location. Do not expect that you will receive a quality car wash from Zips. Once your wash is finished make sure to pull to the side where the free vacuums are located and get the towels and cleaner to hit all of the spots that that the wash misses, especially the the back of your vehicle and wheels. I am a monthly unlimited wash member (should cancel due to rarely using the service and poor wash quality) and I spend far more time cleaning the missed spots after the wash than I would just washing it at home and saving the monthlycost. Normally they have an employee that "pre-sprays" the front, rear, and drivers side lower panels (though they never spray the passenger side). I know the thought or reasoning for this however the effort unfortunately is wasted when considering the results. It has not been my intent to cruelly criticize with this review. It is my hope that someone within this organization will read what has been written and make improvements to their service. I would love to come back in a month and revise/edit this review with positive comments and praise. Please like or dislike this review and share any comments you have about what I have said here. Also see my other reviews For consumers like myself, it's time for you to start reviewing the places you spend your hard earned money with so that the rest of us can vote with our dollars at businesses who deliver on their claims and do good work. If a majority of us would do this, we will be amazed at how the free market will reward the good businesses and challenge the bad ones to do better.

A Stilts

Decided on the more expensive package and paid $20, and boy was that a mistake! I’ve never been through a car wash that was so quick, and the pictures taken 10min after the wash goes to show how poorly my car was “washed”. I will never return there to waste my money again. I only wish that I had read other reviews prior to. Beware, folks!
