I've returned as I've read recent reviews of nicer staff. Last couple visits have been great. Do recommend updating price menu for chill drinks on the counter versus the checkout. $7.99 for create your own, but was charged $8.99 at checkout. Correct me if I missed something. Also count change because mistakes can happen at the register too. Overall, I'm happy to be back.

I’ve been a customer for over 14 years . absolutely love the nutty chocolate Açaí bowl, it’s my favorite guilt free treat! The staff is always very friendly and polite , however I rate 3 star because I NEVER see them change out gloves between cleaning then stopping to service and prepare smoothies or bowls. If you scroll down on the reviews , sadly this seems to be a trend. It’s a shame to lose so much business over something so simple. I think the establishment can use a refresher on cleanliness and proper sanitation procedures . Otherwise great gem in Saint Pete!

Chelated minerals are bound to something to help your body assimilate them. Trace minerals can be chelated as well (like chelated zinc). Trace Minerals are minerals you body only requires in smaller amounts. If you are referring to Trace Minerals the brand, they are the ionic form which are also absorbed well in the body. Which you use depends more on what minerals are needed, and whether you wish to give the minerals as a liquid or a tablet. I cannot answer specifically for someone with cancer as that goes beyond our scope of practice as a retail store.;
I believe I've seen those there. Anytime I have problems finding something I just ask one of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have before. Just went in and asked to talk to the manager. Make sure you do it pleanty ahead of time. They were unable to for my non profit because they were busy preping for their own event.
