You recently saw this store and I didn't like the treatment offered by the manager Amberly Strain , very poor communication with the customer and above all no education. People like her should not have such a job.

I loved this place. Their top priority is animal care and safety and I love that! They are squeaky clean and are super friendly! They have a large variety of animals and items for every animal! Unlike other stores they aren’t super pushy on sales for animals wich is nice, they look for good fits instead of sales wich is wonderful! And they give out care guides that I actually mostly agree with!

For a "supermarket" I was expecting more items...there wasnt much choice in dog toys, or treats. Maybe I missed something but for those prices, I'd like more of a selection. I will return only in hopes that they increase their inventory, but something tells me they wont. However, I suggest everyone go and visit them, the staff is very nice. And anywhere you can bring your pet is a good place!

Last I was there, they had a mango- coloured green cheek conure, almost identical to my own. I think they had a cockatiel or two, and lots and lots of parakeets. (I purchased my Aaron Bird a year or so back and he's a gem.) No large birds, and no unweened babies.

They maintain the animals that they have there what's clipping for vet visits but as for customers they are not a groomer near me. Unfortunately they are not allowed.
No they dont. They dont carry any aquatic turtles only some tortoises. They do carry a small selection of aquatic turtle supplies though

People meds and animal meds are the same.. get UTI in red and white box from walmart or cvs put 1 pill in cat food cat will be better.. I panicked one day when i mistook a bottle of animal med for people called the vet he said they are all the same meds..
Some the pet smarts have a highly contagious. Infections going on right now not sure if it's in our area or not.
I'm not sure, staff is very helpful, give them a call.
