Wonderful experience! Love that the staff understand the difference dog personalities and how to ensure all dogs can play well together. It's nice to see live video to check in as well as photos posted on Facebook to see everyday. I've had my dogs stay elsewhere and have to say this place was MUCH better! Only disappointment was finding that I still owed money at pickup because of the fathersday holiday weekend, but I guess I didn't read their info well enough online. With that said, it was a very nice experience, the people where kind and we will be back.

They were amazing!! When we returned after 4 days, I was shocked that my little babies had been friendly around other dogs!! They helped her feel comfortable and safe enough to experience other dogs! I couldn’t believe it!! They had their medications with no problem. My babies will always go there from now on ♥️

We were looking for a place to board our dog for an upcoming trip. I have never boarded a or have done any day care for a dog and I was super nervous to leave her for a few hours. However being able to see her on the camera really helped set my mind at ease and the staff were so kind and considerate towards my fears. Even though this was only daycare I feel confident our doggo will do just fine with boarding.

Money was paid for training at a rate of $15 per day and was not given due to the excuse that my dog was shy. I trusted my money and even my dogs expensive freeze dried duck treats and vitamins/hip joint supplement (which were supposed to be a meal mix-in, and even gave directions on feeding but were ALL gone) to this place when I boarded him for 1 week here. Unfortunately, even after amicable emails with the owner and receiving a couple photos of my dog (and with a white backdrop to hide the background), my dog was food aggressive and had not slept or ate while there (even though the excuse my dog's treats and supplements were gone was due to the excuse of them wanting to provide "fresh food" even though I provided more than enough food for my dog for a 9 day stay even. There was an excuse for everything like "your dog's first boarding stay will be difficult" and every pet owner is more worried than necessary. Well, after not getting the training we paid for, and having the supplements that I provided for my dog used as treats instead of the mix-in (probably used for other dogs, who knows where they went since they didn't follow my easy directions), I can confidently say that this very crowded establishment did not provide the care I trusted them to provide. Basically, I was just grateful for seeing him in good health and not bitten by another dog. I guess that's what I paid for here. Leaving instructions did not prove fruitful; even though I paid the fee for training/boarding and grooming before picking my dog up. If I could have a full refund for this place taking my dogs treats and my money for training that never happened I would rescind this review, but the truth is, if you love your dog like a child, it definitely will not get the care or the honest transaction you paid for here. You guys had no problem taking my money, but clearly do not understand the level of love and care that I give to my dog. I will tell my friends and neighbors to avoid this place, unless of course they are the type of dog owners that just leave their dog outside most of the time. My dog was not the same and is still recovering from being here. That does not say to me that he's having a wonderful time.

can we bring our 1 year old Goldendoole come and play for 1 or 2 days just to be around other dogs. If so how much

Of course. You'll want to use the "sign up" link on the main homepage of our website. Once you create your account, add your dog and upload vaccines, your pup can come to daycare anytime. The price depends if you leave your dog for full, or half days. It also depends if you purchase a package, drop-off, or schedule in advance. You would pay between $16 - $29, depending on those factors.

Is self service grooming available for pet owners who'd prefer to wash their own pets in your facility?

I highly recommend Suite Dog Daze to care for your dog. I brought my dog in, he was scared of new surroundings. The knew how to handle the situation by bringing another dog out to help him inside. He came home happy and calm. We bring him to stay and play with other dogs frequently.

Must all dogs be neutered and spayed before using your location?

Bobbie Brown | Aug 21, 2019
Suite Dog Daze LLC | Aug 21, 2019

By 6 months. Although that’s a flexible guideline. It all depends how the pack responds to your dog and what sort of social skills your dog has. Generally, 6 months is the timeline to have them spayed/neutered.

Are the dogs alone or monitored at night after the place closed at 6:30?

Right. As Richard says, we have webcams, similar to a baby monitor camera that are used to monitor the dogs overnight. We have a secure. 6 ft chain link fence around the perimeter of the building that is padlocked, keeping intruders out and dogs safely secured.
