Once they find that the generator that I bough from them is still under warranty they said I have to wait 3 weeks to get it fixed. But on the phone they said 3 days Very unprofessional and so rude

You got the rating you deserve that why I put a one star I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone I brought a saw in and was told it couldn’t be fixed took to another shop and it magically was able to be fixed don’t trust these people and get a second opinion

Great place to do business with. I have purchased many commercial mowers and other equipment from Quality and never had an issue. They always go above and beyond to make sure things go smooth and the customer(both professional and homeowner) leaves happy. If you need service that's no problem either. They get your equipment in and out in no time. This is how a business should be ran. Hats off to Quality Mowers. I've been going there since the 80s and now I know why. Try them out.
