Quick service and always well done! Been coming for years. Today Daniel was super friendly and even buffed out a scratch I had on my car for months. He had a great attitude and made sure my car was perfect on the inside.

This place is a joke. $39.00 for a wash. My backseat had stuff in it so they just had to do half a truck. Didn't even wipe down there inside of the car. I don't get it. They weren't even busy so why not just do a good job. I even told the guy that was trying to sell me the detail, we'll see how they dry and wipe down before I commit to a detail. Good thing I didn't pay for that.

I had the worst and best experience at Superstar car wash back to back..! It was late at night and I needed my car wash so I Googled the nearest 24hr car wash near me and some came up and I chose StarCat Wash because that’s where I always go. ( different location) I was surprised to see that they have a 24hr location open.. So I head that way on Glendale Az near freeway 101z It looked open because the cones where not blocking the entrance where the machine with the menu is and it was on. So, I went and touch the screen to choose my wash, I paid and the gate opened so I can go thru, but soonest I turn to get in the wash zone the garage door was closed!!!! And it took my moneyyy.!!! I was sooo mad and got out of there.!! No way to make a claim cuz there was nobody there.. So in the AM I went to the car wash I go EVERYDAY in the mornings, on McDowell and 99th ave and told this guy named Kevin about the bad experience I had the night before , and showed him my bank statement so he verify I was telling him the truth and he was soooo nice to me cuz of what happened that gave me the best car wash in the menu FOR FREE !! This was the way he was apologizing for the company and the bad experience I had .!! Definitely, Kevin in this location have a great customer service skills..!! He deserves a recognition for being an amazing human being and the best in his job.!! Thank You Kevin and Súper Star Car Wash.!! Sincerely, Mercedes
