Would probably not recommend this car wash. I took 1 month membership by paying 24.99 $ for the “BETTER” quality. After the wash I can see clear brush scratches on trunck of my car. During the washing process my car suddenly started going back a bit and heard some noise(not sure what had happened). Another thing to note is that even though I paid 24.99 I was told on my second visit that I would get the lowest quality wash as I had not set up auto pay. I was never told anything about it when I took the membership. I feel like this in completely unacceptable. Now my car has scratch’s and even quality of wash is not that great.

The first time experience at this car wash was great! I went for their "best wash" which cost $20 and it seemed like a lot of money but why not try the best in order to gauge comparison expectations with nearby quick services. Couple things impressed me right away, 1 the overall performance of the wash and 2 the professionalism of the staff and their uniforms. The best wash turned out great and was pleased that it didn't rush through the conveyor. The tire shine did an adequate job and the wax was applied well without post-wash dry spray spots or residue feel. The gentleman working the orders was the one also guiding the cars to enter the conveyor, and spraying the car before the automated wash takes over. It's a good 25 feet or so back and forth that he was dealing with. Impressive especially when there was probably 6 cars in line for a wash. Hats off to that worker as he was efficient as possible while staying professional and not rushing "the talk" when taking the service order. He asked if I was going to join the recurring services which is a monthly fee which I never had a real need for it, but after this experience, I am heavily considering it. Their uniforms is traditional professional; white long sleeve button up, black tie and slacks. You don't see this type of attire anymore especially at a quick car wash. Which makes me feel like they are proud of their branding and service. This alone deserves 5 stars as it's makes me comfortable and confident. For $40/mo. you get unlimited best washes and I would feel happy if I ran my car 3x month to feel like I got my moneys worth. I'm only considering this because the wash did a great job. Highly recommend this car wash and trying their top tier wash. I did not use their vacuums at my visit as I was in a rush back home but would expect to be as good as any other car wash.

The customer service here is awesome - super professional and friendly. I locked my keys in my car and they helped me get the help I needed and offered me water and a nice place to wait. Vacuum stalls are shaded and clean. Vacuums are strong. I hit the BEST car wash for the first time and my car looks brand new!

The best parts were the staff and vacuums. My car was dirty from a trip to San Diego and back. It took me 3 times through and the car was still dirty. It ultimately took a trip through Costco carwash. Finally squeaky clean.
