Zero stars if I could. Waited 20 mins for someone to help us get a pair of golf shoes from the back so we could try them on. We just left without getting any help. We won’t be coming back here. Save yourself some time and just go to Dick’s.

0 ⭐️’s. Bought steel toed boots at Dunham’s 7 days ago. They were on sale for $130.00. The seams started to unravel on day 5 of wearing them. We took them back to exchange. We knew we couldn’t get a refund because I couldn’t find the receipt. We were happy to see the same cashier who (other than being too detailed and forthright with his families business) was pleasant and chatty last Saturday. He even made a comment that it was nice that we wanted to listen, “Most people ask how I am, but don’t want to hear the answer. This was nice.” Today, he was not so pleasant, or helpful. In fact, he felt the need to chastise us repeatedly for not having a receipt. I’m sure it is an inconvenience, and I absolutely should have saved the receipt, but the scolding was a bit extensive. When he finally rang up the “exchange”, he only credited us $89.00. He said that at some point it must have been that price. When I questioned it, he made more “and that’s why you keep the receipt” comments. It was a very frustrating experience.

This is the only Dunham store out of 3 stops that prioritized my offloading process over their normal work duties. I was really in a rush to make a pickup appointment and they met me at the door the second I pulled up and had me unloaded in under 10 mins.

Becoming a rather annoying place to shop because of lack of checkout personal. One person at checkout and has no desire to get people on their way in a speedy way. Bought 3 items...all the same thing....they had 3 different prices on them....barcodes rang differently on each item and paid higher price for one item because price tag matched barcode and checkout wouldn't change price of that item to match price on two others that were identical items ....Shouldn't have to go into a store and expect negligence at such a high level? They promote lower prices but in reality I find everything I go to purchase cheaper at other places!
