This move came at a very chaotic time for my daughter and I. Pam was wonderful and helping us accommodate our delayed move in date was much appreciated. I would say there is a lot of paperwork involved in the beginning, but that just reassured me that they care about their property, and their tenants. All rules and expectations were spelled out which takes a lot of guesswork out what is allowed. On our move in day it was raining slush and there was fresh snow. I had the flu and was barely hanging on, my new neighbor ran out and introduced himself, grabbed his snow shovel and cleared the sidewalk for my movers! When the gutter above the door became clogged so water was raining down, he snapped a pic and said he would email it over to Pam. "They respond that fast?" I asked. "Oh you bet. If that water keeps coming down it will cause other damage, and they are very proactive here about handling things like that quickly." Okay, I thought, this is where my daughter and I were meant to be!
