New management. This is now owned by the same place on Connecticut Ave, which I never liked. Considering that they no longer offer detailing here, and one of the main reasons I went here was for a detail, I was bound to be disappointed. However, in addition to this, the quality of the wash was considerably worse than before, particularly the interior cleaning but also even the exterior (they were suppose to clean my tires but left grease strokes all over, really just a terrible job and abundantly evident that the woman who was doing the job had not a clue how to do so and moreover had no interest in doing it thoroughly). The bottom line is that they now assign fewer workers per vehicle, and the amount of time spent on each vehicle is shorter than before. This unsurprisingly results in a vehicle that is not as clean. I will need to start looking elsewhere again.

If you're looking for top quality service with a friendly smile, this isn't the place. This was my first time trying this car wash service provider. The workers were barely friendly and the cashier was rude. Never greeted me with hello or said thank you. She tapped the credit card swipe machine for me to insert my start my card and rudely handed me my receipt… as for the job done, see photos and judge for yourself. Had a mediocre exterior wash, pathetic interior cleaning, and mats washed ($5 extra). I won't be back.

Left the car unused for a couple of months, so it needed a good deep clean. They told me that because of the dirt that had accumulated, I had to pay for a $55 hand-wash service. When I collected the car, there was still plenty of mud and leaves at the bottom of the windscreen, and on the back window. Lots of other small areas had not been cleaned properly. Having paid $55, I expected a much more thorough service. I went back and spoke to the manager very politely, and he brushed me off saying that the car was too dirty to start, and they're busy as it was a Friday lunchtime. Ironic given that 1) the whole point of going to a car wash is when cars are dirty, and 2) i had been forced to pay for the premium service. I insisted that I wasn't happy, despite the manager rudely dismissing my original claim without having even seen the car, and they told me to get back in line and they'd see what they can do - given that the line had now grown to at least a 30 minute wait, I told them that I was very unhappy and that this was not the way to handle customer complaints. I told them that it was unfair for me to be in line again for their poor service, and they told me to then come back at 8am on Saturday, when they're less busy. I insisted, saying that is not reasonable. So they eventually came out with a group of three workers who, reluctantly and complaining throughout, making the situation extremely uncomfortable, gave a final (very poor) clean to the parts of the car that were still dirty and muddy. Poor service, terrible handling of customer feedback, and expensive. Absolutely avoid.

For a $40 car wash I expected so much more. Terrible attention to detail, totally rushed and careless. Interior is vacuumed and wiped down poorly. I paid for tire shine and did not receive it. Highly recommend picking another car wash

Dont know what time they close, but the Car Wash is open for service.
They wipe the dashboard and arms with Armour All.
