The actual apartment units have NO A/C. Yet their office has central air conditioning while the apts swealter in heat all summer long. The security guards are there to watch the apt visitations and no less. Cars have had multiple break ins along with catylac converters being robbed. The management is extremely manipulative. Write everything down. Make logs of every single encounter and document as such. Stand your ground and look up all laws pertaining to your lease and the program these apartments use. Hope this helps.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. They take advantage of the knowledge that you know especially if this is your first apartment. They look down on you especially when you're African-American/Puerto Rican on low-income because these are rich white people. Instead of trying to protect you and keep you safe when you have break-ins they want to just throw you out or not transfer you to a different unit cuz they're worried about their property and not about the safety of their tenants. Even when you know you can get resources where you can get things fixed for free. They don't care where a mother and a child goes. They'll just throw you on the street like nothing. They don't try to work with you in any way. They are rude and disrespectful and they deserve to be punched in the face. Especially when it's their fault when you're having break-ins. Kaelee, the property manager is very disrespectful and rude and sticks up her nose at you like she's better than you and tries to pretend to be nice and she's so fake don't trust her she's only just trying to fool you into "doing the right thing" because it would benefit her in some way and just because she keeps getting pregnant with 3000 kids and have somebody like her husband to help her take care of her kids she looks down on single mothers who are raising children on there own. And black women. Her and Miranda are racists against the the minority. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!! They also have bed bugs in there complexes and take their sweet time in removing them. They also have roaches but you don't find out until you give your security deposit cuz they don't let you look at the apartment first. And when they move the tenant into your complex that's how the tenant finds out where you live and then you get the break-ins from them the apts wanna blame you, they don't blame themselves. Don't move into these apartments. These are horrible people. Fake. And very shady. And the devil. And will make fun of you based on your situation. Yolanda was the only one that helped you in some way. Since they got rid of the black person that works in the office they think they're "the man" now.

They are prejudice and deny most black people! They are fraudulent on their denial and come all in your home just to approve you for their roach infested bedbug complex. Do not move here. Go to the ones on Riverside Ave. Which is affordable income. Much more respectful!!!!

This place is a really bad place to live, the utilities do not work properly, they shout down the water very often, so if you like to bath every day do not come here. i am actually living here, and let me tell you the heating units do not work Ive been without it for more than two months and if you ask in the office the will tell you that it is the company who installed the units who should fix them. in the mean time just use some warm blankets because according with the rules you can not use a electric heating unit. the are good things like the security, if you come after 5 pm. your visitor will need to show a legal ID and the security will write down your information, the renter will have to meet the visitor in the entrance and then he will be allow to enter to your place ( where do i live? am i criminal? are my friends criminals?) let me tell you something we live in CALIFORNIA and there is thousands of GOOD people that not even have an valid id this place is promoted for people with disabilities but they do not have ANYTHING for them but a ramp and a elevator that are required by law, there are blind people here, and they keep changing the entrances leaving notes like if blind people could read them. It is impossible to access to the bathroom if you are using a wheelchair. And i understand not every place is adapted for people with disabilities but if it is not adequate they should not promote as it is. But i think all that is OK because this most of the people living here are under section 8. ( program for low income families) so most of the people living here pay between 100-300 so as the management said we should be grateful for having a place where to live. but the problem here is that the government pay the rest it means that they get full rate for each apartment. so they should treat people as human beings not like animals that are completely ignorant. the management are rude people that laugh at your face when you are having any problem about your place thank you for reading and if you have the opportunity to live somewhere else you should completely do it.

Yes I do believe that there is 2 bedrooms & 1 need to show proof of income passport social security card proof citizenship
Yes, they are.
You're going to be asked lots of questions. Starting off, you're gonna need to know info about your past residency history, where you have lived, going back the last 10 years (the more exact on dates/locations wise, the better). Your social and ID would also be relevant, bring these as well. Questions about where you work, if you work, if you go to school, locations and addresses of these places will need to be known as well. Plus all and any bank information too. Best, to you.
Yes it is a ways
