I HIGHLY recommend Rodney Brown and his agency for all of your insurance needs. Although I was with a less expensive company, I realize you can't put a dollar amount on 5 star customer service! Rodney is reliable, responsive and he always finds coverage that fits MY needs. I am glad that I switched to State Farm and that Rodney Brown is my agent. He will have my business for years to come. Our family have been State Farm policy holders for at least 40 years, starting with my parents' first agent, Carleton Bloc. My parents passed away 27 years ago, but they encouraged us to stay with Mr. Block when we became property owners.. That is true for my sister, and both of my adult daughters. We all stayed with the very convenient local agent office when it was taken over by current Agent, Rodney Brown, and we are every bit as satisfied as we all were "in the good old days." In fact, Insurance (with its use of technology ) has become increasingly complex, and we all benefit frequently from being able to ask Mr. Brown to help us navigate. He NEVER fails us, AND his staff is very knowledgable and helpful as well. We have been quite satisfied with State Farm over the years. BUT it IS a bureaucracy, and we have required assistance (explanations, translations, encouragement) from Mr. Brown so that we wade through the data collection and provision correctly in order that we benefit from the support this very good company provides at reasonable cost. I don't think you could do better when shopping for a "One Stop" Agent.
