This office discriminate Latinos, I made the line for two hours and they only attend people who speak English . Latinos making line under 91 degrees and this people only accept English and tagalo speakers. At 12 they said to Latinos you have to way because we are going for lunch. What a shame!

This are very irresponsible people, they had lost all my Documents of my whole family, I went inside and talked to them and they don't give me information about what happened to my documents these were very sensitive documents and they don't care at all, my process it's delay because they can find my documents I gave to them, and the solution they gave me to continue with the process is to give them again the information or the documents they requested, but does not the point, I need to know what exactly they did to my documents, they have to be responsible for those documents I don't want to think that those documents are on the wrong hands there are so many things that had happened with other people documents that were lost by government agencies or entities and later on you find out that somebody had used your identity to do fraud on your name, just remember what happened during the pandemic what happened with the social security of many people they steal millions of dollars and at the end nobody says nothing, the question is how they obtained people information, if that information only these government entities has them, but they don't give answers because they know nobody will say a word. Since the pandemic all these goberment workers use that as excuse to work even more lazy than they are, and they think that they are untouchable, they think that they have their job safe, but they will get to that day when they will be crying and saying that it was unfair the way they were fire, they forgot how bad workers they were, and how they treated the people who they served when they were in that job.

There is parking for this location. Handicap parking is available next to the building, but other visitor parking is a little further south on Norwalk, on the right (West) side, RIGHT after Civic Center.
Only for Cal fresh (food stamps) you can apply over the phone too.
Go to the Hall of Records pay for it they will mail it to you in about 2 weeks take your driver's license your Social Security card
There is different programs for services if you don't have any income coming in then they can't help you have to at least have cal work's or show some kind of income. But like I said there is different programs out there to help you out with that situation. Maybe call your local city there are different programs they may be able to assist you with.

It has been a long time since I've gone there but there use to be a unemployment office on pioneer between Firestone and imperial but check your Google search for unemployment office near you good luck
No you need to go to El Monte. 10 fwy and Rosemead . But did you know that any general relief you might get gets paid back to them out of your first social security checks. It's a loan . They will take your checks until they are paid back .
Im sure any questions that you have can be accurately answered with the assistance of a worker or employee.
Call b/4 you go . Your mail might go to the ElMonte office .
You need to go there. They don't answer the phones like normal people , and when they do there is a 50/50 chance that you will be disconnected. I have to go this week for my SAR 7 report . I hand it to a case worker and get it Stamped . Then they can't tell me they never got it . Good Luck
