No coffee in the room, really small coffee pot in the lobby, but wasn't made before 7 am for early risers and coffee drinkers. Overall wasn't bad though. No shade in the parking lots or smoking areas.

Price was double what I payed not to long ago, had wires hanging out of the wall where a smoke detector should have been. I don't smoke, room was non-smoking, yet it smelled like a cigarette. This place has really changed in the last year and a half, think I'll go up the street next time I'm in Havasu.

🚩🚨 BEWARE 🚨🚩 Not sure what happened used to be good. Rooms are musky and smell funky. Makes you wonder what you're sleeping on. The toilet got plug and they made me plunge it. What motel has their customer doing maintenance? The whole purpose of staying at a hotel is so you don't have to do maintenance or worry about anything except going to sleep. I will never be back. The owner really needs to know the female manger is running their business into the ground. Definitely rude and question they're sanitation practices. Used to come here 1 time a month, I will never be back and I will never stay at a motel 6 again. The only saving grace for motel 6 was their corporate customer service where we got to report having to do our own maintenance on the property. They were very kind and understanding on the phone too bad the hotel wasn't the same. The seam cracked down the side of the toilet when i flushed it, it was obviously wore out just like everything else here. But the female manager made me get $300 out of the ATM and pay her cash, then refuse to give me a receipt (super shady). I attempted to resolve it with the owner but of course the manager wouldn't allow that. But luckily we documented everything with the corporate and the customer service through the corporation was awesome too bad these are owned by franchise operators with bad management. I used to spend $300 to $600 a month here I will never stay at another motel 6 again.

My husband and I honeymooned at the Motel 6 at Lake Havasu, AZ (Lakeside) in 2015. We had time for a two-week honeymoon, but not the budget for it most places. This ended up being perfect (so did the whole area around Lake Havasu, with a lot of fun and pretty things that were free or almost free). We started our marriage out at this Motel 6, and are very happy six years later. The price was very reasonable, the staff were courteous, and the location near the lake and the London Bridge were ideal! It was a wonderful Honeymoon. We stopped there again on our third anniversary in 2018, and we even able to get the same room. A wonderful motel.
