I love shopping at Kohl's but this last time I had a really bad experience I ordered something online and I was able to do a self pickup everything went great until I tried to leave I was accused of shoplifting the stuff I just picked up and paid for by the manager and he said he was calling the police very humiliating and so unprofessional I might not ever go back to Kohl's the Bullhead City one they need to really retrain that manager
