The BBB used to be helpful and trustworthy. They used to step in when a business was a scam and creating a complaint used to help resolve actual issues. Now the BBB is a joke. They give a good rating to any business that pays them for it, and when you file a complaint they do nothing. If you really stay on top of it and contact the BBB repeatedly they will blow you off with this response "that business doesn't respond. Nothing we can do".

This company should dismantle. They are no longer a bureau of truth or fact. The Internet is a much more reliable source of business information with real public reviews. The BBB is a scam and should be investigated.

Total bait and switch for their accreditation. They sold us on getting accredited by the BBB. A week later they called us saying they needed more money and that the price we were told was an error.

I gave LOAN DEPOT a refinance application. I sent them copy of appraisal that was less than 4 months old for $240,000.00. I asked them if they could pre- qualify me first for a loan that was only 55 % or $136,000.00, and not to request appraisal unless I was qualified so as not to waste $300.00 on there appraisal for nothing in the event I did not qualify. I provided them with all requested documents with inn 24 hours. They told me they did not see any problems at all after reviewing 2014 and 2015 1040 and S Corp returns. That was August 3, 2016. Well they billed me for appraisal $300.00 and I spoke with loan officer who assured me they would refund it if we did not close. Here we are 11/9/2016 no close, no contact, no refund, no letter denial. I think they do this to a lot of people (because no appraiser made an appointment or came to, nor into my property to appraise it). Think about it, hundred thousand or million applicants at $300 equals $3 million or $333 million. Someone needs to put a stop to these type of easy paydays. I feel they are extorting people and making a very good income doing it weather you close or not. ZILLOW is not an appraisal ?

By law you have the right to paint the inside depending on the terms and conditions, and clean it (the carpet ?)But landlords and associations will have their own rules they impose above and over whats in the books.

Not sure. This BBB is absolutely corrupted. I filed a complaint against allied health schools. The BBB actually went in and said I did not "accept" their offer which there were none. And then I filed another one but they this time deleted my complaint.
I wanna make a report against citi Bank. For not protecting my bank account from fraud..I thought they got policy of protecting people money..on febraury 24.i found out my bank account was drain..someone make a wire transfer..we reported right away.and less than a day..we were there for three hours at the bank.one workers said.the money was freeze at the bank of america.and they will do the invistagation.and dah dah dah..now its been a month.we call to many time the fraud department.seems like nothing happen .then we were on the phone today with one of the fraud dept..then past to the next person.then got hang up for some reason...so decide to go to the branch.still helpless.said wait another 30 days.then what...do you bbb.can help me with this problem.are they really be in your side..any opinion about the citi bank.please help me.were talking $11.550.00 dollar not just few hundreds.its frustrating.im fighting for my own earning..I work so hard to save those money
