We are very pleased with the service from Nefcom Communications and the customer service is even better! I work from home and the internet works really well for me and my family. I would encourage anyone who might be experiencing bandwidth issues to communicate that with Nefcom, there might be an easy solution that they are more than happy to help with. If they don’t know there is an issue they can’t fix it.

I had the same problem. I called the service every time I had an issue. Finally they reviewed my service and corrected what ever the issue was. My service now is great.

This is literary the worst company. It will do it all the time, you can call and they won't fix it. Most of the time they will say they Dont see any problem at all.
