Unprofessional, unsanitary and waste of my time. I showed up to my 9:30 appointment and my stylist walked up to me and said she was sick and couldn’t do my hair. That someone was on the way and would be there in 15 mins. I sit down and wait 45 mins while the sick stylist walks around the shop, touching surfaces and interacting with customers and the other stylist. My new stylist never showed. I was over $5 off if I rescheduled. No thanks. At least have the decency to call your customer before the appointment if you’re going to cancel, or be honest and not make me wait for someone who won’t show up.

Sheila cut my hair today after many years. I was nervous but she made me feel comfortable and made it easy for a big chop. I highly recommend this location and Sheila. I’ll be back for my next trim. Look at this before and after for proof.

I came in for a haircut and had Sheila. I told her I wanted and she asked if I wanted it blowed dried, I told her no. So after she did the cut which I loved she said she wanted to blow dry it and it would be practice for her so I would not be charged for her blow drying my hair. When I got back to my room I checked my receipt and I see she charged me for blow drying it. I am shocked by this because I really liked her and my haircut. She is very friendly, and did a great job on my new bob haircut.

Sheila Land is amazing. You tell her what you want and she just does that and better. I don’t go to anyone else but her for my kids and myself. She has been doing my hair for about 4 years now. Took me 10 years to find someone who wouldn’t fry my hair or cut it uneven. She is precise. Efficient. And even funny. Her customer service is something you don’t see anymore. If you need your hair done. Go see her.
