This Wawa has a problem with corporate compliance in the kitchen. I’ve been eating 757 Wawa for years now and I’ve never had such terrible food over and over and over. I used to order from a va beach Wawa nightly in the way home. I know what I’m talking about. This food is not meeting corporate guidelines for service. I know the employees don’t care. How do you serve me cold fries when you have a frier in your kitchen?

No special ordering at almost 0500 in the morning because of lazy employees. I rely on this place for my breakfast and my lunch. If people are to lazy to do their jobs, we should replace them with robots.

Never had an issue at this Wawa, within walking distance of my house, until this morning when I asked for Vuse pods, the cashier barely noticed when I walked up as clearly her conversation with a coworker was more important. I asked for 3 packs, and clearly stated what I was asking for. Due to her conversation, she asked for me to repeat myself, which I did as any normal person would do. I then pointed out that there were more packs above and to the right on the shelf above. Clearly this was equivalent to me disrespecting her, and she responded in kind, continuing to be rude over what should have been a 30 second transaction. Next time I see the cowboy hat and shirt at the register I’ll make sure to go to the other store on East Little Creek, because I’d rather have quick and polite service, instead of a 5 minute, extremely rude and unprofessional encounter with someone who has absolutely no people skills. It’s really a shame because I’ve never had a bad experience at Wawa, been my go-to store for 23 years. I know that’s not the norm, and not an example Wawa corporate should want for their customers. I hope this is dealt with.
