This wawa never has what I need and most of the people in there can't multitask then I get in there and they have no coffee it's 5 am coffee should be assembled please fix it

Worst customer service. Definitely the worst Wawa location I’ve been to. After waiting for 20 minutes to buy a cup at the counter for the icee machine, then waiting on the lady in front of me to fill up 7 of her own cups while talking on the phone, the machine stopped working. I went up to a worker to let them know, and the only response I got was “Nothing I can do about it”. Proceeded to wait at the counter to ask for a refund on the cup but ended up leaving because everything moves so incredibly slow in there.

This review is strict based off of my Uber Eats orders. They never finish the orders on time, so the drivers keep declining the orders because they wait too long. Also, the orders often come with missing items. If you can’t do Uber Eats, don’t put yourself on there.

I was disappointed that the cups for cold drinks or ice were all stocked behind the cashier’s counter. The sign indicated cups were to be purchased up front. I’d never seen that before and I go Wawa’s 365 days a year in 5 of the 7 cities included in Hampton Roads… usually Chesapeake and Virginia Beach but Norfolk, Hampton and Portsmouth also when I’m in their areas. I was disappointed but other than the lack of parking spots available it was equipped with everything else I wanted. Two of the Wawa’s that I frequent in Virginia Beach have been out of everything a lot recently but my guess is it’s due to the pandemic.
