The quality of service and vehicles at South Bay Lexus are great! Chang Chung was ever so helpful and personable when helping me get my 2016 Lexus IS 200T. When I found it newly listed, he made sure to keep me updated on the progress of the car and availability and made sure I had time to fully check it out and drive it without any pressure. This dealership is AMAZING. I would highly recommend Chang Chung in the sales department. He was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me that was in demand. He was kind, thorough, and did not pressure me one bit! They gave me an incredible deal for my trade-in and even when I went to see what Carmax would give me for the car, South Bay still honored their original price even when I didn’t sell the car to Carmax. Also, Jay Shin in finance is the NICEST individual, when I was having troubles with my bank, he provided any information needed and worked with them accordingly even when he was not at work. Test drives are generally 15-20 minutes long. If you would like to take the vehicle for a longer period our sales team can arrange the details with you depending on availability.
