Daughter ordered bacon and got sausage. Son ordered pancakes and biscuits and got no fork, butter, syrup or jelly. Husband ordered pancakes which didn't come. Had to approach counter multiple times for them to correct orders. People ignored me as I stood at the counter waiting to get help. Nobody apologized. It took 40 minutes for the 4 of us to finally get everything we ordered. While there we felt like we were an annoyance to the employees. We did wait patiently and were always polite in our interactions so there was no reason for them to be annoyed by us. There were approximately 5 other customers in the restaurant at any time while we were there.

This place is three times as much as anywhere else in the area also the business agreed 8 weeks ago (shows right on google) that it was open 5am NOPE ITS 6! How annoying when you make plans that early in the morning! Ruined these kids’ whole morning. Thanks McDonald’s

I never have anything but the best experiences at this McDonalds. It seems that they are usually staffed up appropriately, which is the about the best indicator (not always the fact of course) of the experience at any restaraunt, fast food or otherwise. The food has always been made quickly, but never seems slopped together. We went inside today and could have overwhelmed them with the field trip group that we were with, but they made things quickly, and the few items accidently made extra, were quickly given away to the kid, making more fans of the place. The folks aren't always overly friendly, but generally very polite. Like I said, I've always had good experiences here, especially when comparing it to other fast food restaurants. My wife and I joke that it is the best fast food joint in the state. I don't want to get your hopes up unrealistically high, because it is just a McDonalds and I'm sure that they have off days depending on the workers, but I think that you are safe taking the chance of stopping here to eat.

I wish all McDonald's were this good! Friendly and crazy fast. 3 kids meals and shamrock shakes were almost ready by the time we got to the 2nd window. Great job!
