Jeff Krecioch is an awesome AE, I've closed several loans with Jeff and he always finds solutions instead of situations, Jeff is a friendly, very knowledgeable and reliable guy, he always resolve any hiccups and smooth in bumps along the way. Jeff has made my processing extremely stress free. Not to mention the staff at Athas Capital Group, Shaun Bell, Brittany Krouse, Vjekoslav Kosor, Michael Munoz, Toni Bradley, That group is an awesome group to work with, very polite and has a ton of experience, quick closings and fast resolutions. Don't waste your time unless you need a small simple loan and dont mind paying extremely high interest rate. They will cut your appraised value and try to get you to thank them for doing it. Haha This place is a joke IMHO.

They deserve a minus 4 billion stars! Somehow I got on their list and they have been marketing me for 15 years. They won't stop. They won't leave me alone. The emails never stop, the phone calls never stop. My info gets picked up by a different rep every now and again, and the cycle starts all over. THIS IS THE WORST AND MOST ABUSIVE NON QM LENDER I HAVE EVER SEEN.

Without questions the absolute worst lender to deal with. We've helped serve thousands of home buyers and I have never dealt with a less competent group of people. Highly unorganized and they literally told me that they didn't care if the loan doesn't close. There are a lot of good non qm lenders to deal with - this is NOT one of them. Run.
