Made me wait way past when my appointment was for and then allowed people to jump in between. Waited over a half hour before I got up and left. Had staff sitting around not doing anything while 2 ladies were trying to handle the 5 customers waiting. And they allow walks ins ahead of you even if you have an appointment. Very disappointed with this location

Went in to get a hair cut and an under cut. 3 stylists sitting around on their phones. One took me back no hair washing, no styling, maybe spent at the most 15 minutes cutting my hair. When asked about the undercut she said you will have to go to a barber for a design if you want one because we don't do that here. Seems like they should know how to do this since they are suppose to be stylists. Maybe go back to school and learn it since under cuts are a thing. Why would I pay to get my hair cut and then go somewhere else to get a design and have to pay twice. Seems like poor customer service to me.

Sophie did such an amazing job with my haircut!! I asked for weight taken off with some layers as well... she took off the perfect amount. Wish I had a before photo to compare to 😮‍💨...Thank you Sophie!!!
