There are too many things wrong with this place. Just read the complaints and reviews especially on BBB. Drove my car in with no problem and had it towed out with a problem. I think that’s self explanatory.

Went in for a oil change, tire repair, some new windshield wipers, and ask them to check on a issue with my transmission. They fixed all asked, but could not determine the sound issue. Next day, engine overheats, radiator fluid cap is popped off, fluid everywhere. Their answer, ”things happen to cars all the time”. This place causes more problems then they fix.

I have been going to Firestone all over the country for the last 18 years. There are a few things I have learned about them. 1. They are always honest. Every time they have said something is wrong and I have taken it to somewhere else, it has always been confirmed. 2. They are competitively priced. Their prices are always reasonable and never inflated. 3. Their lifetime alignment deal is the best purchase you will ever make. Free tire rotation and alignment every 6 months for the time you own the car. It can’t be beat. 4. Each time I bring it in, they will point out things that need attention. It’s nice so that things don’t go unnoticed and I can keep my car in great shape. Bottom line, if you are looking for an honest reliable car place, this is it.

Ugh. Do NOT go through the Firestone in Pottstown. Went all the way down there and they can't do anything because they need a wheel lock key but didn't tell me that up front. I've had multiple flats on this car over the years, and never been asked for/needed one (including at another Firestone). It would be nice if they warned people to go to their dealer since they don't have one.

Tires are rated for 70,000 miles. Are 3 years old and have 42,000 miles and at inspection are considered marginal.
