It took ba good bit to be able to leave your name and info to then wait 24 - 72 hours to be called back to see if you qualify and if do then wait 24 to 72 hours again for a advocate to call to see if they can answer to any of your questions. The only good thing"s were it only took 24 or less to receive the calls back and they did answer my questions.
